Northside Development Company is a privately held Real Estate Development and Management Company located in New Haven, Connecticut. For over 20 years Northside Development has managed, developed, purchased and retained commercial, residential, and industrial property. Northside has developed commercial property in Connecticut for local and national retailers including Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Aldi Food Market, TD Banknorth, AutoZone, 7-Eleven, Citifinancial, and American Wireless. We are currently working on several development projects, which are in various stages of local approval (see our developments gallery for more information).

Paul Denz, the Owner of Northside Development Company, has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1986. During that time he has developed over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial and residential property.
